We would like to inform you about an addition to the ASD product line, effective April 6th, 2020 you will find a new multi-family oriented product line under the Ostwin brandname in our price list. Ostwin was an independent company with its own strategy, management and warehouse, belonging to the same group of companies as ASD. In the beginning of 2020 the owner decided to close Ostwin operations and enhance ASD commercial and industrial lines with a multi-family line.
Not all of Ostwin products will remain in the ASD product line, but top sellers will definitely be rebranded as ASD. Your feedback on the top products you would like us to keep will be highly appreciated.
All sales terms and conditions for ASD partners in regards to the Ostwin line will remain the same without changes. Ostwin products will be in the clearance section of ASD’s price list. We do not plan to replenish Ostwin inventory under the Ostwin brand name. All coming products will be branded under ASD.

Price and availability for Ostwin products can be found by logging into your ASD customer portal. ASD will honor the warranty for Ostwin products.
